Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your acquisition of any online course content, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
 
To qualify for a refund, you must have purchased an item that you have not accessed or viewed. Once a video has been played or an ebook has been opened, it is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.

 
Non-refundable Content

Please note that certain types of content are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Subscription services
  • Any content accessed, viewed, or downloaded

 
Proof of Purchase

To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to reverse the charge through your financial institution or payment provider without contacting us first.
 

Partial Refunds


In some cases, only partial refunds are issued, for instance:
  • If technical issues prevent proper access to content and we are unable to resolve the issue on our part.
 

Refund Process


If your refund request is accepted, we will send an email to notify you and will then process the refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
 

Late or Missing Refunds


If you’ve not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your payment provider, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items


Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, content purchased on sale is not refundable.
 

Exchanges
